Sara Kilburn, CDMO (Chief Design and Marketing Officer) of Design
Line Interiors oversees the sales and marketing and assists the CEO on then design initiatives for the company. Sara’s main objective is to strike a balance between current design trends, client relations and the overall culture and growth of the company. Sara has over two decades in the building, hospitality, and construction industry, serving on 4 different boards, earning her tenure as Lifetime Director for the Sales and Marketing
Council in 2015. In 2006, Ms. Kilburn founded the SCLG (Southern
California Leads Group) that has become one of the top lead and
networking organizations within the construction and building industries of Southern California. She has been honored with multiple awards over the years, including Industry Professional of the Year in 2018 and Sales and Marketing Professional of the Year in 2015 for the Building Industry Association. In 2019, Ms. Kilburn was again recognized as one of the Top 50 Most influential Leaders in San Diego, with the Daily Transcript.
