Janis Randazzo

Founder & President of Strategic Sales and Marketing Group

Janis founded Strategic Sales and Marketing in March of 2009 and utilizes her 30+ years of industry experience daily as she oversees company growth and financial operations.  She is well known for her innovative thinking and proactive approach to operations, team building, marketing and sales expertise. During her career, she has worked as Division President for The Ryness Company and Senior Vice President for Prudential New Homes (formerly Developer Sales Network). She began her career in the mortgage industry and spent nearly a decade on the front lines selling new homes for industry leaders such as KB Home, DR Horton and California Pacific Homes.
 
With both a California Broker License (01102869) and Washington State Managing Brokers license (25313) she is well versed in brokerage and is an active member of the Building Industry Association and the Greater Sales and Marketing Council.  Janis is a Certified Instructor by the NAHB, and is a sought after as a public speaker within the industry.  She was a guest instructor for the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) course and has engaged in speaking engagements at the International Builder Show (IBS), The Pacific Coast Builder Conference (PCBC) and the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA).   Through her career, Janis has received numerous awards through the building industry  including The Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence (MAME) Sales Manager of the Year and is a two-time recipient of the NAHB Silver award for Sales Manager of the Year. In 2007, she was honored with the President’s Award by the Southern California SMC.
 
When she is not working, Janis is having fun with her husband, Troy, and children, Ava and Jack.  Together, they enjoy International travel, snowboarding, skiing, golf and Western Equitation.
