Eleni is a land brokerage professional, working with land owners primarily in Inland Empire and Orange County.  Her buyer client pool represents many of the nation’s top public and private developers and home builders in the residential and industrial space.

 

Prior to her transition into real estate, Eleni had 17 years of experience in the construction and land development industry, working for commercial, industrial, residential, and institutional sectors, in both private and public markets, throughout Southern California.   

 

Taking her expertise in project management, business development, and sales, she began her own consulting company in 2020 connecting people to business opportunities, helping business owners grow their businesses, streamline operations, and improve their bottom line. Eleni has a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Cal-State, Fullerton.  

 

Eleni is an active member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) as well as the Building Industry Association of Southern California (BIASC) for over 10 years. She has also served over 4 years on the San Bernardino County Chapter Board for BIASC.
